  My associate and I arrived a little closer to closing than we normally would due to business meetings. Ordered a good Riesling and a seafood tower appetizer. They were out of oysters or more correctly stated the chef did not like how the oysters looked. So they doubled up on jumbo shrimp with our blessings! The seafood was awesome. My friend ordered bone-in ribeye medium and I ordered 24 oz porterhouse medium rare. His was cooked perfect-mine was more like medium well. I should say I HATE sending food back. However, I think the manager could see my dissatisfaction. He came up, spoke to us and I asked him to confirm if I said medium rare to the waiter. He was not one but concerned with what I said-his obvious goal was my complete satisfaction. Another steak was prepared and I feel like at this late hour they may have had to refirthe grill! That steak was perfect! Absolutely perfect with this marvelous salty crust. This manager earned my respect, my ongoing business and my highest recommendation as a fine dining establishment. Also, the lobster Mac and cheese is simply decadent.

  Best steakhouse in all of Tunica. I would recommend it to locals and tourists alike in the Memphis area who wish to find a good Steakhouse after a gaming session. You'll pay an expensive amount but you get what you pay for quality in the service and food. It's very properly seasoned fresh to taste. Very tender bone in ribeye that it practically falls off the bone when you cut into it. Their stuffed baked potato was phenomenal & complimented my steak dinner. If there was anything I could change about my dining experience. There's not one thing as everything was perfect & if Gordon Ramsay himself Yelped this Steakhouse he would be highly impressed as I was.
  
  I would recommend adding caramelized onions and mushrooms to compliment any steak at the Chicago Steakhouse.

  I had a group of 8 scheduled for 730 on Saturday. Night  we arrived and was immediately asked to step outside finally got seated near 8 pm.  I had also confirmed the time and amount of people with casino host was totally disrespected by host Mr Cooper and we finally left the dinner around 10 pm.   we were totally over Chicago steak house  all 8 people were not happy.    the food however was excellent but we won't enter  the doors for sometime if ever

  We had to try out this steakhouse while visiting Gold strike Casino. The food and service were phenomenal. The only thing We disliked was the water. The water was not filtered. It tasted like it was straight from the faucet. You would think that as upscale as this restaurant is they would have delicious filtered water. Other than that we had no complaints.

  A Wednesday night meal at the bar was delicious in a relaxing atmosphere. 8 oz filet was cooked med rare and very tender. Salmon with orzo and baby bok choy was a hit.
  
  Our waiter was friendly and efficient. Attentive to our requests. Choose this for a memorable dining experience.
